A Carta Europeia dos Direitos dos Doentes e Saúde Transfronteiriça, aborda 14 dos direitos que assistem a todos os Cidadãos Doentes e aos que buscam por recursos de medidas preventivas em saúde.

Esta Celebração anual do “Dia Europeu dos Direitos dos Doentes”, permite-lhe acompanhar, aprender e praticar a melhor forma de fazer o percurso da saúde!!

“A alimentação e todas as formas preventivas de proteção ao equilíbrio do ser humano, podem ser o medicamento mais poderoso para reduzir o risco de doenças…podemos através de novos comportamentos, modificar a expressão dos nossos genes (fenotipo) e evoluirmos num caminho de sabedoria e de paz entre nós e o meio onde vivemos! “

Esta é a proposta de uma prática sustentável de atuação em saúde, tendo em consideração o estudo através dos fatores Epigenéticos , na “Observação da Saúde dos Povos”.
